Shipping & Return Policy
1. How long does it take to process my order?
1-3 Business days (excluding sales and holidays)
2. Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we do. On orders over $75USD and up, the shipping is free.
(Please be aware there may be extra charges or duties to customers for shipping orders internationally)
International Shipping rates vary based on package weight, shipping address, and shipping method. Please allow 1 - 3 business days for order processing and 2 - 20 business days for delivery (depending on shipping method). 2-day expedited shipping is available to some countries. Your international shipping options will appear on the Shipping Method page of checkout, based on your location. Customs & import fees may apply to some international orders. These fees fluctuate by country and order value, and we have no influence or control over these types of fees. The customer is responsible for all customs and/or import fees. By law, we cannot lower the invoice value or send the order as a gift.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on orders over $30.00USD within the USA and over $75USD internationally
4. Do you offer shipping to P.O Boxes?
Yes, we do by USPS.
5. Will I receive tracking info for my order?
Yes, once your order has been processed, you will receive tracking info. Please allow 24-48 hours before tracking as the carrier may take up to 48hours to update your tracking info. (Please note that these time frames do not reflect any holiday rush sales or heavily discounted sale rush)
6. Do you offer expedited shipping?
We offer Expedited Domestic Shipping at checkout if you wish to purchase for faster delivery. Expedited orders are shipped via FedEx 2day. Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to start processing the same day. All orders received after 12pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 2 business days for transit.
You can cancel your order before it ships out of our warehouse. Once it leaves our warehouse, we are unable to cancel it.
We offer returns for up to 30 days. If your product proves to be defective or does not perform as it should, we accept returns up to 30 days. We cannot refund shipping charges. (This return policy is void if the product becomes defective due to customer negligence).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
We also require proof of purchase.
We may offer partial returns on certain conditions:
1) Missing or damaged products not due to our error.
2) Items returned after 30 days of purchase.
You will be refunded as soon as we receive the product back in our warehouse.
F.A.R.A.H® cannot be held responsible for packages that get lost or damaged when shipped to hotel addresses or freight forwarders.
If you purchased your product through a third-party, and not directly from shopfarah.com, we would advise you to please contact their support team with any concerns you may have regarding returns, exchanges, or defective products.
NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS:
Our matte liquid lipsticks are NON-REFUNDABLE. All purchases on any shade cannot be returned.
Items purchased on sale or clearance and non-refundable. They are FINAL sale items.
Items bought on Black Friday and Cyber Monday are not eligible for refunds. We want to keep all our products affordable and available for all our customers and this can help us ensure we can.
Please note that there is only one return allowed per order. Multiple return requests may violate and void the 30-day return policy.
SHIP BACK POLICY:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the costs of shipping items back to F.A.R.A.H® for a refund or an exchange.
F.A.R.A.H® will not refund shipping costs back to the customer. The customer will receive a partial/full refund excluding shipping costs to F.A.R.A.H®.
Depending on where you live, the time it will take the exchanged item to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping items that are valued at $50 USD and over, we recommend insuring your package as well as using tracking info for your records as we cannot guarantee delivery to us.
BUSINESS DAYS & HOLIDAYS:
All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
Packages do not ship from our warehouse on weekends or the following US holidays:

- 4th of July
